Follow up Urban Environment

After studieng the fountain and becoming much more familliar with it I began to focus on aspects that really interested me about it. What origionaly drew me to this fountain was its bright vibrent red and white colour scheme and how it really stood out and contrasted with the environment in witch it was placed. But im finding the more I look at it the more other aspects of the fountain are becoming more appealing than the colours. Because of this i've decided to abstract the colour from my studies and focus on the shape and what i can create looking at that.

Urban Environment

Hey my name is Aoife. I'm a first year student studieng Art and Design in Limerick School of Art and Design. For our first project brief we were asked to study the urban environment in ways that appealed to us personaly. I began to explore Limerick in a a way that appealed to me, looking at some of my favourite things about limerick. At the moment I'm focusing mostly on the fountain in peoples park. I plan on studieng it in great detail and see what i come up with.
